I’ve been building impactful communications campaigns for decades. At Elsevier, I worked with executive leadership, the product organization, researchers, funders, and librarians. What I learned was that change doesn’t happen unilaterally. Leadership got results when there was shared understanding. Building this is my expertise and the foundation for communications that build receptive audiences.
